Yoh is Feilong's trusted subordinate and as such a member of the Baishie-Mafia.
However, in reality he is a spy, who was send by Asami, to infilitrate Fei Long's organisation and to be as near to Fei Long as possible. Currently, while Yoh swears loyalty to Asami, he feels doubt about betraying Feilong completely.
In the events of Finder no Rakuin, Yoh lives in Taiwan, working in a market place.
